Can you check if the extensions_enabled entry actually exists in your settings table in the database ? If it's absent, you could try re-creating it with a value of []. Or to re-enable all core extensions I think the following value could be used: ["flarum-approval","flarum-bbcode","flarum-lang-english","flarum-flags","flarum-likes","flarum-lock","flarum-mentions","flarum-statistics","flarum-sticky","flarum-subscriptions","flarum-suspend","flarum-tags","flarum-emoji","flarum-markdown"]

I have no idea if that's the actual underlying cause of your issue or not...

For ZahidUllah installation might not have completed in its entirety due to the incorrect php version requirement. I recommend re-installing. This issue might not be the same as the one RFlintstone has.

RFlintstone what error? There were several issues that were happening with OP, some of which have been fixed.

now when i visit : https://www.useotools.com/forumsnew/

it give error

SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'xxxxxxxx.flora_tag_user' doesn't exist (SQL: select * fromflora_tag_userwhereuseo_tag_user.tag_idin (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) anduser_id= 0)

which mean that tag_user table is missing

The first post has upgrade instructions from B7 to B8. You might just need the php flarum migrate command, but I wouldn't disregard the rest of the instructions, double check that they're functioning as it describes.

Make sure you have a backup of your database from before you attempted upgrading to b8, though.

what i did as i dropped my database , re imported old database from my currently running forum of beta 7

then i did

composer update

after that database migration was success and cleared cache

php flarum migrate
php flarum cache:clear

ZahidUllah I fixed this for the next release. Your hosting environment doesn't allow saving to the temporary folder or it is not configured. You can edit the file mentioned and change line:

$mapTemp = tempnam(sys_get_temp_dir(), $mapFile);

$mapTemp = tempnam(storage_path('tmp'), $mapFile);

Let me know whether that solves it for you. Please note this edit will be reset whenever you update flarum/core (for beta 9 this is not an issue though).

for beta 9 can you add alternative of it like

    // switch to flarum storage instead of os temp folder

}

i think it will be good in case others have such issue like
