No Icon on my flarum after uprade to beta 8

Hi,

I'm using flarum now for a while and I find it awesome !

I've tried several times to perform the upgrade to beta 8 and each time all icons disapear.
Copying vendor font-awesone files to assets directory is not helping.

I also checked file permissions of public directory and performed a chown www-data:www-data just in case..

Do you have an idea ?

Edit : actually, icons are now working well, sorry
But, all labels are replaced by things like that : "core.forum.post.edited_text" etc.
could it be a problem with translation ?

Ok sorry, was the language extension that was disabled...
