FebriTriHarmoko I would see if theirs a WordPress OAuth2 plugin and integrate that way. Connecting flarum directly to WordPress seems very unlikely, or if it does happen it will be an extension and more than likely a paid one because of the amount of time and effort that would have to go into that.

Hello there,
Before there was an option to let user log in only with username and password only, but can't find that option in the beta release 9.

As far as I remember there has never been any setting about this, but the first field of the login form always accept either email or username.

You do need an email to register.

Maybe you were using an extension ?

clarkwinkelmann ReFlar User Management removed the email field if I'm not mistaken though I was sure Doorman handled that (guess not? 🤔)

clarkwinkelmann there was no extension, i could change it in admin section.
Permission and then no registration with email.
Just username and password only.

Chatsong_ are you maybe talking about disabling registration entirely ? This setting is still there, you can set "Sign up" to "Closed".

What Flarum version had the setting you're talking about ?

clarkwinkelmann Chatsong_ was running on FreeFlarum and I believe he had the ReFlar User Management ext enabled (which has been abandoned).

We are considering bringing back a new variation in the future though, one to which you can actually add users from the Admin CP, but we’ll see what time tells 😉

I see there icons with colors now for the tags, is this a extension or it comes with the core of flarum ?

Upgraded to this release today. In my test environment I had some issues with te old flagrow/bazaar installation and with reflar/polls

I upgraded reflar/polls to fof/polls and removed flagrow/bazaar .
Than I run the upgrade to beta 9 version which went very smooth.
At the end installed extiverse/bazaar

Everything went well 😀

I just have one question here before i update to beta9, what does it mean by "OAuth providers no longer worked."? does it mean, beta9 no longer support facebook, github, etc login? but i found this forum here is supporting such logins. Any clarification would be great, thanks!

VancodingCsubc To clarify, that line is detailing a bug that occurred in Beta 8.x and was fixed in Beta 9. Oauth providers now work again in Beta 9.
