Kayo if you're running via cloudflare, then there's a high chance that your DNS is via them also (otherwise traffic won't flow through them). If you check the name servers for your domain, you can tell if cloudflare is hosting your DNS or not. If they are, the name servers should be
Joan.ns.cloudflare.com
Noah.ns.cloudflare.com
If they are set to something else, then your DNS in hosted elsewhere. If the former, make the changes in cloudflare DNS and set to TTL to something like like 5 minutes. It'll propagate quicker with a smaller TTL.
