MartinJD create an issue in the repo with screenshots and any other info you can provide such as extension version and output of php flarum info. If it's a PHP error, provide Flarum logs and if there's JS errors, we need to see those too.
I'm not sure how you can expect us to replicate issues like these if you can't meet us half way. Issues reported such as "white screen of death" aren't helpful with figuring out what exactly the issue is and asking countlessly for updates doesn't help get issues fixed any faster.
