Kyrne I dont know if it is a red herring, but I received a similar error when attempting a save of a SEO plugin on beta 11.

I have since upgraded to beta 11.1 this morning and the error has gone. I appreciate its a different plugin I am working with.

Alshain unlikely. Unless you made some significant changes to how Flarum talks to the database you should be fine. If it does end up breaking, message me on discord.

matteocontrini currently, if redis is offline the forum will be inaccessible. This was due to a couple things related to flarum when this was originally coded but some recent changes will allow this to not be the case. Expect an update shortly.

When using Redis for caching, what happens if Redis is for some reason offline? Would the forum still be accesible? Thanks

Added a fallback if Redis fails to connect for some reason. The forum will no longer be taken offline.
- A message will be displayed on the forum for admins telling them that it is offline, as well as the time in which it went offline.

Please note that if the Redis server goes offline ReCache will be in a limbo state which will degrade performance greatly during the time it is in that state. As soon as the Redis server is brought back up, your forum will recover and be back to its speedy self. In the future, I may add an option to run ReCache in a safe mode of sorts if you expect the Redis server to be intermittent in function. This function would prevent the performance degradation of the Redis server being offline, but would affect the speed increase experienced while is online. I'm looking into ways prevent that compromise.

luceos image error after success setup. In setting i activated image optimization and lazy load. Do i need to activated that?

I was getting an error while clearing the cache because I added the following lines to the redis.conf file. I have now fixed this and successfully cleared the cache.

rename-command FLUSHDB ""
rename-command FLUSHALL ""
rename-command DEBUG ""

Now the only problem is when using the upload plugin, it gives the same "opss ...." error. I tried imgur and local in fof / upload plugin. The same error in both. Meanwhile, image optimization is on, but jpegoptim, optipng is installed on the server.

There is no record of today in the log records
