NikoVonLas maybe you accidentally removed the 6th number after #. This is the Post ID, and a 5 number post ID is from a few years ago, and it happens to be a post by luceos. When I try answering to the message above I see @YusufYldrm#104616.

YusufYldrm yes I have experienced this in the past but I'm not 100% sure what cause it. Maybe if one of the post is referenced in a mention this causes the post to be loaded without author information 🤔

Would be great to open an issue for this, but I have yet to see any way to reproduce. The few times it happened to be seemed completely randomly.

I'll split our discussion about post oddities to keep the original discussion clean.
