Sanguine ram0ng1 in my experience for Europe, Hetzner and Upcloud have the fastest cpus / disk io. OVH does extreme overselling so performance largely depends on your host neighbours. Vultr and Digital Ocean are ok-ish.
[deleted] Have a look at offerings from IONOS. I use them and they offer a very good service. However, it really depends where you are are in the world.
