Flarum LOLCat Language Pack

LOLCat language pack for Flarum.

Installation:

composer require skevo/flarum-lolcat

Updating

composer update skevo/flarum-lolcat
php flarum cache:clear

To be used as a joke (eg.: for April Fools, or as an easter egg).

SKevo I would recommend tagging releases and asking users to upgrade with composer require, that way you can control which versions can be installed. You can do that via the "releases" tab of GitHub if you can't/don't want to use the git tag command. This will also show the version in the admin dashboard which can be a good indicator for users to know which version they have and can help you if someone has to report an issue 😉

Using dev-master does not enable any kind of auto-update, it just means that whenever someone runs require or update, it will take the latest commit of the master branch, which could end up not being ready for publication depending on your workflow.

Am I correct this extension is still actively maintained?

The GitHub link in the first post appears dead but I see the Packagist package has been updated to use https://github.com/CWKevo/flarum-lang-lolcat which contains beta 15 commits.

It's all good if that's the case, but it's a great idea to publish an update in the discussion from time to time so we know the developers are still active and don't incorrectly add the Incompatible tag 🙂

Actually it is no longer actively updated and I didn't flag this for incompatibility because I was hoping for noone to notice until I get back to this silly idea and finish it 😛 Feel free to add the incompatible tag for now, hopefully I will get back to this someday, although I am busy with different projects and stuff that is just more important for me now, so I'm not sure when I get back to this

Updating

The package's name was changed to skevo/flarum-lolcat.
If you were using the extension before this update, please uninstall the old extension and install this one:

composer remove cwkevo/flarum-lang-lolcat
composer require skevo/flarum-lolcat
php flarum cache:clear

I will continue to translate more extensions over the time... If you want to have the most recent updates with you, please use the dev-master version instead:

This version includes most, if not all, of Flarum's extensions and was automatically translated by using my Flarum Language Generator and the LOLCat translator. About 90 % of all translations are translated.

Both this language pack and the tool are under minimal maintenance.
