Username Alias (real name)

Hi, by default username is shown as user name on posts, how we can set user real name?
Because username could not have space or special characters and it is not nice for a forum.

Flarum actually has support for display names since Beta 8. There's one extension that looks to be able to perform this feature, the author just has yet to post it here so I'm not sure how ready it is for use.

Hopefully that extension is ready, the author will post it here when it is, or someone else will write a good extension to give this feature a UI it so badly needs.

jordanjay29 Just tested, it appears to work pretty well. The only problem that I can find with it is that it doesn't ask for a nickname during registration and that there is no administration options (admins can change other users nick names)

Edit: ~~another issue is that it breaks sign in by username~~ I'm an idiot and and typed my username wrong

tankerkiller125 I do hope the author is reading these comments and is willing to post their extension soon, this kind of feedback seems valuable for them.

jordanjay29 ~~The nick name change breaking username sign in seems like it would possibly be more of an issue with the core auth logic. But I'd have to look further into it on a test machine to know for sure.~~ The issue with username sign in was user error on my part. I'm bad at typing my own name apparently.
