How I'm able to you give permission to the user to delete, permanently delete and edit discussion and post anytime?

Isn’t this possible within the permissions settings in the admin? I don’t have it pulled up right now. But, you might experiment with user groups and then create special permissions for that group. You should see on the permissions page the add group option.

010101 thanks for the reply, On Moderate only there are options to delete the posts and delete the items, I tired of giving permission to members (i think members are users), now a user can delete his posts and items but others users too.
allowing this would give a new issue.
