@tankerkiller125 @Kyrne @Ralkage seems this isn't compatible with ReCache - can this be looked at, as it's a great extension.

[deleted] This extension only adds a listener to posting content and adds a little JS for the flags extension so I'm not entirely sure where the problem would be, currently it doesn't make financial sense for me to purchase ReCache however I'd be more than happy to work with @Kyrne and @Ralkage to get this resolved, I'll try reaching out to @Ralkage on discord later today when I get a chance.

The held post doesn't appear unless I press F5
The flagged post notification bell only appears if I press F5. Additionally, if I then click the flag icon, there's nothing in the list ?

@tankerkiller125 - A weird small, possibly very rare, bug... If I try to edit a post using a certain custom BBcode, Flarum gives me the oops error and the post will not post. If I deactivate this extension, I can post with my custom BBcode just fine. The custom BBcode looks like this: [preview="a url goes here"].

I'm thinking that the API or the code in this extension itself perhaps thinks something fishy is going on since I'm trying to post this weird BBcode, and it is just not sure how to handle it and so... oops error. Something like that.

010101 Unfortunately I'm unable to replicate the issue in my development environment, could you share the logs from the flarum log folder and any JS console errors that appear?

tankerkiller125 No worries. There were no JS console errors. I’ll take a look at the Flarum log this evening. I also need to do more testing. For example, I’m not sure if it only happens when editing, or if it also happens with a fresh new post. I should also try switching different settings off to see if it is a particular setting such as the profanity or the toxicity, or another one...

010101 In my testing I had all of them turned on, also make sure that your using the latest version as a previous version had an issue with the JSON data sent to Perspective.

[deleted] from the error message, it sounds like your language might not be supported. Is und the language identifier ? What language is your forum ?

luceos und in this context appears to actually mean undefined language. I think what may be happening here is that @[deleted] is posting only the link with nothing else and the Perspective API is freaking out because it doesn't understand how to handle a link. (Because links aren't words after all)

[deleted] If you try any other screenshot services does it work properly? I feel like the Perspective API may be detecting your language automatically as something other than a supported language. I may need to do some further research on part when I get home later today as well. Also thank you for reminding me that I need to put the API request into a try/catch block.

If you're certain your issue is related to this extension (StopForumSpam), could you explain what you are attempting and what happens ?

clarkwinkelmann There is also log about StopForumSpam, well i couldnt post anymore or start a thread and then i looked into the log.

[deleted] The only reason why StopForumSpam is mentioned is because the request goes through this extension as it needs to check for spam. The error you are posting is caused by the perspective extension not supporting your languages.

[deleted] The extension adds middleware, which is basically code that runs on every request. The SFS extension is only mentioned in the stacktrace because the code calls went through it before the error occurred. The error is still caused by the Perspective extension. It just shows that the request went through StopForumSpam for easier debugging, but it was not the cause of the issue.

[deleted] as I've noted before when your posting only a link Perspective will have an issue with it. I'm working on an update that will resolve the issue, for right now I recommend adding a description or title for the image so that the Perspective API can properly detect the language.
