luceos iegyi maybe it would be helpful to explain which company you represent. So people can make a better decision and see what stack you're running your services on.

Adrimarie Prosperous I figured that maybe because it's the weekend that no one's responded to my inquiries. I left a message in their message box, their contact form isn't working, and I even emailed them directly 2 days ago and yesterday. Still no replies. Although I thought that tech support should always be available 24/7?
webeindustry Adrimarie That's a very demanding assumption to be making, especially when you're asking something for free. You'll find that to be quite rare.

Adrimarie webeindustry That's not my point. I'm saying that I thought tech support in general (and not just asking something for free) are always/usually available 24/7. If the original offer is no longer valid then that's fine also. There are other options.
webeindustry Adrimarie Oh I get your point, just realize it's unrealistic to expect this for companies that can't possibly afford it... which would be the vast majority.
