AshutoshKumarPathak If you're not using SSH to install on your host, but copying files manually, then you would need to do this, yes.
You might be better off installing all the extensions you want locally and then uploading the final product. This will be alleviated in a future Flarum version, but if you must use Flarum now on a non-SSH host, that's the workaround.
