In the spirit of conserving vertical space (useful for laptop screens and widescreen monitors), how about a minor css changes to thin the heading and subtitle div in forum homepage and the topic page? Find the screenshots of these changes done using 'Inspect Element' - it will give you an idea of what I mean.
Although this can be done by the whichever admin/webmaster want it, I am thinking such design by default would benefit more people.
