What are the Best Hosting Dealers you are using to host Flarum?

It really depends on what you're after. I lIke OVH because they own the physical infrastructure from the fiber to the datacenters. Don't expect them to respond online quickly, but a call tends to push everything forward.

You need to assess what's valuable to you. Are you after managed care, or are you into doing things yourself? I want full access and total control over servers. Digitalocean is handy for test projects, destroying and rebuilding is quick and their by the hour rate is perfect for exploration. Heavy resource production, the only way for me is colocation. A single service light resource instance can get by with a standard vps. It just depends

MuhsinMohamedPc Correct, you need what's called SSH access. This is often accomplished on Windows using a program like PuTTY, or via the terminal in Mac or Linux using the ssh command.

I use Vultr for personal projects.

For everything else, I have a few ESXi hosts @ OVH.

If you've never used a machine with shell access, I would suggest familiarizing yourself with basic security practices, especially when it comes to hosting PHP applications.

NameCheap is decent from what I heard. I have experience with their customer support. It's top class.

I have used NameCheap temporarily (about a month) and whilst they were good, they were nowhere near the level of service and support I received from LiquidWeb. They're pricing at the moment is quite competitive so I see why they would be the first choice for some individuals.

Price isn't everything though so do you research! Sometimes you only get what you pay for.

I've never experienced Bluehost but as they are owned by Endurance International Group, I would steer WELL clear. If you haven't heard about EIG then I suggest you do a Google search. I've been stuck in that mess before with HostGator and have felt a sense of relief ever since I left them.

I use ovh.ie #SSD VPS 2016, it works perfect.

What do you all think of Vultr? They have competitive pricing and faster support compared to DigitalOcean, but of course these are not managed servers.

Ramnode here. Unmanaged VPS server. Support requests have all been answered in 5-10 minutes and discounts for paying yearly / periodic discounts. No real tests but feels more "snappy" then Digital Ocean IMO. Been very happy with them!

If you are French, there is a non-profit awesome host called proxgroup.fr.
They are VPS if you feel confortable with that, but also shared hosting with Plesk (and composer, so yes, you can install and maintain Flarum) for 1.2€ / month and other plans with SSH from 2.4€ / month .
We use them in my makerspace. Highly recommended.
