Private admin profile note

Hi, there is any support for add private note on user profile visible only from admin / mods?
Some extension?

Will be useful in a public forum with many users or just also in a small forum where you need add some private note that must be just private note not visible to users about a specific user profile.

I don't believe there's an extension out for this, but it feels like something that would definitely be an extension feature.

Maybe in the future an extension will exist because someone else need this.

I know such feature was there in PHPBB and it will be visible to Admins / Moderator only
