Littlegolden The short answer is no, it doesn't have to do with translation extensions. It's simply part of the discussion I linked you to, it's a program that @luceos was working on for a while, and is on hiatus right now. There's no way to get that badge at the moment.

Find a passion and contribute however you feel is best. Then let it take its course. You don't have to have a badge to be respected here.
