Unable to update Flarum

Looking for some assistance on updating my Flarum. I have not updated this forum since beta 8 and am attempting to update to beta 9 and it is not working. I am following all the steps but not sure where the problem lies. Also I am having an issue with not being able to uninstall any extensions. Not sure if the two scenarios are related. Would really appreciate any assistance possible. Thanks

Here is the terminal string when attempting to update from beta 8 to beta 9. As you can see it goes through a bunch of stuff but doesn't actually update. I have all 3rd part extensions disabled.

clarkwinkelmann Ok, yeah I saw the flagrow error and was wondering if that was an issue on my end or not.

Also I typed in .9 instead of .12 because my site is currently on Beta 8 so I thought I had to update in order and not jump right to 12.

BMoney you should be able to jump from 9 to 12 in one go. The composer update [...] given in the update notes will make your Flarum update to the latest version possible, so it might jump to beta 12 right away.

You should review the update notes for each consecutive update, but everything listed multiple times you can do a single time (composer update one time, flarum migrate one time, ...)

There haven't been massive changes since beta 8. The only thing that might prevent you from going right to the latest version will be extensions incompatibilities or PHP version. You can run the why-not command for each version to see which one you will be able to install.

Tall yes that's an issue on the flagrow.io side.

If you are not using any premium package and can do without Bazaar, a workaround is to disable the Bazaar extension and remove the "flagrow" entry under "repositories" in your composer.json.

Also had this message:

mtdowling/cron-expression is not required in your composer.json and has not been removed

After removing Bazaar with composer remove this message was also gone. Im not using Bazaar anyway.
