askvortsov MrB sure! The number of strikes is representative of the severely of the warning. This is exclusively for your use as an admin/moderator. At later times, I may include integrations where users would be automatically suspended after reaching a number of strikes
idkwhatusername @Sanguine Can you please also add this extension to Freeflarum? This is must-have extension!
kecrily Why not set some preset warning reasons? And you can also add a warning button to the flag bar.
peopleinside Nice extension. In the email the motivation given to the user is showed with some strange strings <t><p>You are spamming!</p></t>
Amarok after update to b15 and enable this extension, have an error 500 😉 after removing, all return to the "normal"
Amarok askvortsov hum, sorry, it's not yours.. interacting with seo extension (it's this making many errors) My Bad 😅
Mark73 askvortsov TODO Suspend integration (automatically suspend if users reach more than X warnings, with X configurable in settings) How's that going so far? Is it expected to see this application anytime soon? 😀
peopleinside askvortsov for me doesn't work. v0.4.0 I can send warning but user doesn't see it. askvortsov1/flarum-moderator-warnings15
Lemming8 askvortsov Suspend integration (automatically suspend if users reach more than X warnings, with X configurable in settings) when is this planned to be integrated? 🙂
askvortsov Lemming8 Not sure, it might take a while as there's quite a few considerations: Should the suspension be permanent or a configurable length? Should there be multiple thresholds with different suspension results? If a warning is deleted/edited and the user's strike count drops below threshold, how should that be handled? What if a user is already suspended, should that suspension be removed?
Lemming8 askvortsov ah ok, but you could make multiple settings for this. i know, this makes it a lot more complicated, so, idk if you want to do this.
HuseyinKogo Thanks, how could we get "warn user" for moderators themselves, whenever I click the 3 dots (on my own posts) i see "warn user", why would I want to warn myself?
clarkwinkelmann HuseyinKogo does that create an issue? From a technical standpoint, it's easier to simply let you warn anyone including yourself. And this could even be useful for the rare use case where someone might want to do it.
