alperen This is not an extension actually, but the author obviously using body.dark class to customize his forum and this class comes with fof/nightmode extension so you need to install it via composer. There are couple of discussions on how to install an extension, you might want to check them out first. Further, there is FlarumTR (here's the same discussion in Turkish) and you might find it helpful.
Also, you need to use English as per discuss's community guidelines so you should at least provide a translation for your posts.
Aslında bu bir eklenti değil ama stili oluşturan kişi fof/nightmode eklentisiyle birlikte gelen body.dark sınıfını kullanmış. Bu eklentiyi composer kullanarak kurabilirsin.
