Incorrect file/directory permissions: Below 644.

jawad1234 make sure that your configuration in the managed hosting is using the public folder as the DocumentRoot. On most hosts you should be able to configure that value, but I don't know if siteground has that option.

If that option isn't available you can follow https://flarum.org/docs/install.html#customizing-paths to move files around and remove the Flarum public folder.

jawad1234 does a vendor folder exist in your flarum folder ? If not you could re-install it by running composer install in the flarumfolder. But one should be there from the start when you ran the composer create-project [...] command.
