Update v2.7.1 - Recount articles

As reported by some, sometime the tag discussion-count doesn't always sync properly for knowledge base tags, so we've now added a button in the knowledge base to recount the articles.

Hi, I had some problems after turn Fof Discussion language;
My site is flarum 1.5.0, php7.4.3, and there are 2 main languages, English and Chinese, in my site. I also installed Chinese Language pack
1、When I set English to display language of my site and Default knowledge base language to Auto Detected:
the knowledge base can detect to English; but when I try to post a new article, and choose Chinese, it still display English, you could see the gif

2、When I set Chinese to display language of my site.
the knowledge base cannot detect to Chinese, it shows blank.

But, if I post a new article, it can choose language.

3、I cannot find where to change other language in posted article. such as if I wanna change English to Chinese tag

4、Canyou a setting to Default knowledge base language for Default to Any Language ?
