When I login after finish upgrading to beta.5.The '500 Internal Server Error' is appear

Try navigating to /admin. It's possible you haven't finished the upgrade, and if so it will prompt you for the database password.

Check your server logs. For apache, you'll find them in /var/log/apache2/error.log, for nginx in /var/log/nginx/error.log.
