Kyrne Sheylam96 the option will not be available in this case, there are some security implications allowing this (reset blank password). Unfortunately it is causing this side effect for you. Did you read the upgrade instructions here? https://discuss.flarum.org/d/24073-shout-private-messaging-for-flarum/50. They have a non-existent password which is why it won't let them reset.

Kulga This looks great Little note: You can't seem to use this plugin with a http connection. I was trialling it on a local instance and the setup conversation sat pending on loading forever, with no logs or errors. Once I guessed into using a https connection it worked immediately 👍️
Kyrne Kulga woah, It's Kulga! Hey man! Forgot to mention that in the docs but yes, it only works on https. The browser's built into crypto functions are locked to secure sites. Sheylam96 oops, I see the issue. I'll fix it soonish.
BigMinnie Lolu Same problem, tested on 5 accounts and I can't find any of them. Also tried different browsers. The only error I get is, when I press enter @Kyrne.
