hunochma Could you recommend an alternative (while waiting for a stable release)?
I understand your situation; I'm in pretty much the predicament, as I needed to set up a similar team environment for our business. I've been using esoTalk for our site; I chose it mainly because it was easy to translate.
If you're planning on moving to Flarum eventually, you'll want to be sure there's an upgrade path. Toby and Franz have said they're planning to provide for migration from esoTalk and FluxBB, and probably other scripts as well. Some users have also been working on migration tools for phpBB and SMF, which can be found under Resources. Other migration tools may become available as Flarum gets closer to stable.
If it's a temporary solution, you'll probably want to avoid paying a lot of money for it ... which makes programs like phpBB and SMF more attractive. If I were in your shoes, I'd probably look at phpBB ... it seems to have a pretty good security record lately, and they probably have tools for all the things you want to do. And it's a fairly safe bet that there will be a reliable migration path from phpBB to Flarum.
Or you can go with Flarum, if you really want to. My point was simply that you should be aware of the risks, and understand that asking others for their opinions doesn't take the responsibility off your shoulders.
