Dominion Thank you. I came to Flarum through Esotalk myself. I was flabbergasted by its simplicity while one had to go one's way through layers of categories, groups, admins and super-admins... in other forum projects I tried! I've been following Flarum's development since but I'm only a supportive enthusiast, not a developer...
Thank you for your advice. That will not take off my responsibility but definitely give me some great orientation.
As a business case for future reference, I believe Flarum for closed team environments would require:
- Secure environment
- Upfront login page
- File uploading
- Voting system for best answers
- Ability to create simple polls
- Ideally a wiki page
Extension developers might want to think about simple project management tools: assigning tasks and deadlines or a chat extension. But I think these 6 steps may get a lot of lightweight teams smoothly organized and running within the best - beta - forum software around!
