Liufen001 no, admins cannot view your password from the database. Passwords are hashed before they are stored, when you login, the password you input is also hashed and those 2 hashes are compared. If they match, you login.
As with any website, it is technically possible for the site owner to steal your password if they want to. I'm not going to go into any detail about this for obvious reasons.
