Any working solution for installing new plugin?

With the abandonment of the Bazaar, installing or uninstalling of plugin has become a tedious job for the users without ssh accesses to the server, well I asked this very same question to one of my good friend Google, he/ she have given me a hope by referring me to a GPL project called PHP Shell, I tried to use it, but I failed to install any plugin using this Shell, I am attaching a image of the error and I hope somebody can help me in fixing my issue.

s1-ranjan in the same way that you don't have ssh, composer isn't installed on your server. Frankly, I would recommend looking for a more reliable host that offers the basic services that one would expect in 2020, ssh being one of them.

s1-ranjan one solution is that you can instal XAMP.

Download your forum content and put it in XAMP's htdoc folder.
Dump the DB and import it to XAMP server
Install composer on you PC.
cd to XAMP's htdoc folder
Install extension using composer normally
Re-upload the content of htdoc folder back to your host.
Re-import the DB (only if the extension require DB changes)

huuduy216 you could even skip everything non-composer related. Database migrations will run on the server when a new extension is enabled, even if Composer isn't present on the server.

Download composer.json and composer.lock to your computer
Run composer commands
Upload vendor folder and composer.json and composer.lock back to the server
Enable new extension(s) on the server

It's not even necessary to have a webserver running on the computer.

It's best to make sure the computer and server run the same PHP versions and modules, and ideally operating system.

Thanks huuduy216 & clarkwinkelmann for your help, finally I am able to install it on my local system, but now I am facing a strange issue after uploading all the files in the server I tried to clear the case from Dashboard, but it gave me a error message of 403 forbidden message, the content after enabling debug is

s1-ranjan it's normal to get an error if you open the URL in a browser tab as this performs a GET request which isn't supported.

The request must be performed as POST, which is what Flarum does when you click the button.

Regarding the actual error in your previous post, you might have incorrect permissions on some files, extra webserver rules that block that folder, or your htaccess is different from the one shipped with Flarum.

Finally today I am able to install it on my shared host, But I am facing one problem with the FontAwesome icone, they are not been rendered properly they are been represented by a small rectungular icon, so can any body can suggest me a fix for this?
