Trying to rename a discussion crushed the forum

Not sure what happened but trying to rename a discussion crushed my forum. After reloading about 30 seconds later, things went back to normal. It didn't cause any problems but felt like reporting it here.

sakibarifin that's not likely to be a Flarum issue. Renaming a discussion doesn't really do much. What I can expect happened is either a database deadlock or latency issue.. What hosting are you running Flarum on and with what amounts are you working?

luceos namecheap shared 2 GB ram. The post I wanted to rename is this one. Also, I did a hard browser cleapup (everything except cookies) a few minutes before that. I suspect that could be related.

This is the first time I have faced this issue. Hence, it seemed uncommon and it correlated with my browser cleanup.
