1 - Need to agree on a name for our site?
I’ll purchase the domain and install Flarum (will give you Plesk, SSH access to the server, and will give you an RDP account once I figure away of setting two RDP accounts up - Windows doesn’t allow it, but there is a work around)
2 - Agree What sections (tags) for the forum
3 - Bounce ideas on theme / look of the forum
Be helpful if you we dig out our favourite forums and draw a list up of our favour bits of each and identity features we’d want
4 - Roadmap out the development of features / extensions
Layout what features we want and which of them (a) need to be in place before launch (b) could be implemented post launch
5 - Agree a launch 🚀 date
