Can I Make a Clon HTML/CSS Theme Of Default Flarum Theme?

I want to make a clon of flarum default theme for my blog. Can I make it? Is there any legal restriction?

You may not use the Flarum logo without written permission from the Flarum Foundation, by the way. That would be the main restriction.
