I think the Xampp am using is too old to handle the new Flarum Version because when i installed on a live server the errors dissapeared

I am using Xampp too and don't have any problems, everything is working normal.
Try to update Xampp to the latest version, there is always new version available.

bryantmilan Thanks @luceos @clarkwinkelmann is there a way to remove newest, latest, top and oldest filter from the homepage and have my own filters. i installed the frontpage plugin and thats only what i want to show on the homepage.. is there anyway around that like a css trick

KolaBilewu you can use CSS to hide the selector.

However I don't think there's any way to set those alternative filters as default filters from the Frontpage extension.
