rob006 no, it's been removed together with all other deprecations from beta 14: flarum/core2428

Open Collective made some great change to their platform:

no more platform fees 🥳
no more plans as hosts (which the foundation was), unless the host requires a fee from their collectives (which we don't)
donation as a guest, no need to create an account
improvements to expense filing

Hari yes that's possible. Make sure to follow the upgrade guide, make sure to make a full backup and consider using the extiverse helper (https://discuss.flarum.org/d/25246-extiverse-helper) to check compatibility.

luceos does the update command go directly from beta13 to beta15? In that case I guess we should read the instructions for both beta14 and beta15, and "merge" them before upgrading 🤔

matteocontrini if you're using the extiverse helper you do need to read the upgrade information in the release announcement; but only for very specific particular items. The extiverse helper checks which extensions are compatible and if you move ahead it will patch your whole forum to the last version; in most scenarios this will happen without any issue.

@tankerkiller125 started tagging bundled extensions that are ready for beta 15. Aside from that core still needs to be readied up, some articles on our docs need adding and the announcement needs to be completed.

The upgrade guide for developers has been merged and deployed, visible at docs.flarum.org. Note that two pages are still missing.

A release of Beta 15 will be notified also on this topic?
I see Beta 15 is now available on GitHub so received the alert notification but no announcement.

I know announcement is "work in progress" .
Will monitor on those days.

I will see have maybe to check again for extension compatibility 😃

peopleinside Beta.15 has been tagged on the extensions, not the core yet. We'll tag core shortly before we send out the release announcement.
