So, nope.

Manually setting flarum core to that version and the extensions to * should allow you to upgrade to that version perfectly fine.

Hari depends on how you installed it, either download the binary (file) again or use composer. I'll update the OP.

all commands are only working without -- PHP -- word just used extiverse auth

Edit: To updated need to run this command

Since SEO extension need to be updated I am not upgrading now.

Hari removing the "Author Change" extension isn't dangerous, you will only loose access to the feature, but the forum will continue to work fine.
