luuhai48 maybe because they don't have unlimited time on their hands and are working as hard as they can to update the remaining extensions for Flarum beta 14 🤷♂️
The extension was created to replace the social logins previously bundled with Flarum. Google wasn't one of them, so there was no requirement to have it from day one. That being said, the idea of fof/oauth is definitely to provide a range of useful social logins. PRs are welcome!
