Hmm it looks like you have follow tags and categories enabled, but not flarum/tags. Try removing those 2 with composer remove, installing (and enabling) flarum/tags, and then reinstalling and reenabling those?

If that doesn't fix it, you may need to go into the settings table of your database, and change the entry for enabled extensions so that none are enabled, then re-enable them again in admin (and it should force you to do that in the proper order)

emirhanbb In that case, try the second suggestion: go into your database => settings table, and find the entry for enabled extensions. Replace it with an empty list ("[]")

emirhanbb you can start enabling extensions again from the admin panel. Try enabling Tags first.

Since beta 14 you shouldn't be able to enable extensions in the wrong order anymore. The issue might have happened because extensions were enabled in a different order in beta 13.

What kind of hosting are you using?

The Inflector error could indicate a faulty composer install. You could try deleting the vendor folder and running composer install again.

The [] string error could maybe indicate the PHP version used by the web server is not actually supported by Flarum.
