I have a couple of Questions if thats ok.

Advanced tags
So i have seen, that tags can be used more then just "as is". For like, tags can also have sub-tags and all that. How do i set that up?

UPDATE: I have found a way to sub the tags, by moving the tags to: Primary Tags. This way i was able to make sub-tags

Closed tags
I was wondering if its possible to close some tags, so that no can post there. I have some tags being used where general users arent allowed to post anything.

Using anchors
I am making big documents, so i was wondering if it is possible to use anchors. So it will be easier for user to browse trough it.

For "closed tags", you could assign a per-tag permission for a tag to allow only certain people to post there. You can do so by going to Administration > Permissions, and then by clicking on the "Restrict by tag" button, which will open a new column where you can specify permissions for that tag.

As for anchors, an extension would be needed for that I believe, and I don't think that any extension doing that exists currently.

Since i could not find anything about that on google..
