Missed icons of users on Chrome 50

alonixy That's not even a stable browser version yet, right? If it works on other browsers, it's likely an issue with Chrome 50.

Franz It was part of an upgrade so I don't see why it wouldn't be a stable version of Chrome. The same is happening for me (Version 50.0.2661.75 (64-bit) on OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.4 to be exact). All I can see is my avatar when writing my post and in the top right-hand corner where my profile link is, but in topics it is blank.

@alonixy are you suing AdBlocker or anything similar?

Without AdBlock same trouble. There is not problem in other browser. It was tested by many users with Chrome 50.

For the record I am not using any extensions whatsoever in Chrome. Loading times are fine.

same issue here, when I try to remove position: relative; property from .PostUser it appears ok
I guess it's chrome bug

Digital That's exactly what I'm getting. If it's a Chrome issue, then surely it's gotta be resolved. Chrome does have quite a chunk in the browser market.

Just got Chrome 50 on Google Update and am having the same issue.

Doing some further tests the float:left attribute of the .PostUser-avatar class seems to cause the issues.

Chrome 50 is definitely the culprit.

Using Firefox right now and images are working fine.

When setting the .Avatar display attribute to block, and then resetting the float on .PostUser-avatar, all avatars will show again. You can then even reset the .Avatar display attribute to inline-block and it will show properly. This is really odd.

New Posts however will then again not show the Avatar next to the post.

Ok I think this version of Chrome was released yesterday, I now have the same issue. ?

same issue here, and I use custom css to fix it.

Much appreciated. So everyone who doesn't understand the above.

A fix is already committed to the current work-in-progress version. The fix therefor will be widely available with the upcoming release of beta 6 and knowing Toby anywhere before that on these forums ?
