huseyinfiliz the WP summary posts are not real comment posts, so I don't expect all extensions to read them properly. If you don't need images at all, you can filter them out from the WP summary post using the HTML tag filter setting.
If you want images in the first post but not in synopsis, that's probably something I would have to implement in the WP integration extension. I suspect this extension looks for the markdown version of the post or something, but there's none, as the WP summary post is only available in HTML.
