How to prevent showing user page for guest/non-members? Currently I set show user list for members but everyone can access to user profile without permission. I think there is a problem.

Thats not actually what "view user list" is intended to do: that permission is poorly named. See https://discuss.flarum.org/d/25805-010-beta15-leaks-potentially-private-data/4 for a discussion on this

askvortsov Thank you. In summary we dont have limiting access option to see user profile at Beta 15. This is not so important for me at the moment but I dont like crawling of user pages by google bots.

Disallow: /u/

fakruzaruret Most likely google indexed it previously. I think if you give it some time they'll automatically remove the listing.
