Bishwas-py if it's enabled, yes, or create an exception so that it doesn't impact Flarum. Another thing you can try is to disable all non-core extensions (anything that doesn't start with Flarum) then see if that resolves the issue.
If it does, then enable each disabled extension again until you are able to reproduce the error. In some cases, the loading order of extensions can cause issues but then I'd expect to see something in the logs if this were the case.
