If you mean FreeFlarum, then yes, we may do that (as mentioned in our ToS). The most recent cleanup was done before like 4 months (I don't know when exactly) and was mainly to fight spam forums, after that a captcha was added so there wasn't any cleanup after that (just a few small ones).
Those cleanups are automatic and the system picks forums that had no admin login, posts or discussions in 3 months. Since the end of last summer (again, I don't know when exactly), we can restore your forum, as all cleaned ones just go "offline" to allow up space and resources for other forums.
Note that FreeFlarum is not associated with Flarum and that further support has to be requested here (eg.: you want to restore the forum).
