rightnow we only see latest posts on the index
but spliting and showing most popular 4-5 tags on the index like forums.

That theme is from phpBB3 if I recall correctly. It's not Flarum. The theme shown is from Theme Forest, designed to fit phpBB3 - https://themeforest.net/item/volare-material-design-phpbb-32-theme-responsive/21578782

sinanisler aaaand it doesnt work cant install it and lookslike fof/component doesnt have compatible beta-13 and this extentions needs it.
i tried installing like this: composer require askvortsov/flarum-categories:*
lookslike 1.0.3 version have beta-13 compatibility i dont know why it is not installing.

Try composer require askvortsov/flarum-categories:v1.0.3 or composer require askvortsov/flarum-categories v1.0.3

weird it is asking for 0.1.0-beta-13 but i am using that version
can i install this manual without problem ?

And you're sure that you're on beta 13? (any reason for not upgrading btw?) Could you share the full output, the screenshot is a bit cropped from the right.
