Dofollow links with permissions

Is there any plugin that allows user with certain permissions to post/reply discussion with a dofollow link?

Like if one has the permission of Mod then he/she can post a like with <a href='the_link'> not with <a href="the_link" rel=" nofollow ugc">

Not right now, but you could probably register a custom bbcode that doesn't have that attribute.

Adding access control for that bbcode will be a bit challenging, but the easiest solution is to just do a text search in each submission and if the bbcode is present, check permission.

Bishwas-py unfortunately I cannot think of a full example to share.

Many extensions add bbcode and can be used as example for that part, for example https://discuss.flarum.org/d/5293-rainbow-comic-sans

For the permission check, you'll probably need the Post\Saving event and use a gate/policy to throw a permission error from there as necessary.

Anyway, it is temporal fix and will be nice a proper extension for this.
