Yes, that's FreeFlarum. Also, the domain seems to work for me now, looks like the DNS needs some time to apply effect on Freenom. Personally, I'd recommend to buy a cheap domain from elsewhere, free domains from Freenom aren't really reliable IMO.
If it doesn't work for you, please clear your browser cache, as browsers cache certain redirects and DNS settings. You can simply verify if the domain works for you by going into Incognito mode, if your browser supports it.
