Upgrading to Flarum Beta.16 on VPS

My forum have a VPS hosting. For every update I always used to download the files from ftp server, run XAMPP and do the composer things, then reupload the folder.

Now it seems I can't upgrade my forum to Beta.16, for some reason the dashboard shows 0.1.0-beta.15.

There is a way to perform the various "php flarum migrate" commands with this setup?

enricodx Most likely one or several of your extensions are not yet compatible with beta.16 using composer why-not flarum/core:v0.1.0-beta.16 would show you the extensions.

We recommend waiting for extensions to update before upgrading and it may take some time before all the extensions are ready. This is pretty normal for most Flarum releases.

Most VPS solutions have SSH access, so you can run those commands.

If not. I suppose you'd have to run them locally on your database.

My VPS doesn't have SSH 🙁 So I must download my database to local?

enricodx No, you'd have to remove them entirely, but again we recommend simply waiting for a little while longer. Most extensions end up getting updated within the first 2-3 weeks of a release, so the wait isn't that long.
