Big Update to flarum-de-extended!
Update 0.3.0 adds 23 new extension translations, which brings us to a total of 41 third-party extensions translated.
Contributions are very welcome, thanks @Juba007 for your PR!

Please also let me know if you find any issues with any translations, some tl's might be too long for some UI elements on different devices/screen sizes or just be confusing, as I didn't test every translation in the wild.

I have also pushed some minor fixes to flarum-de, latest version is 0.14.3.

I also plan to change the translation of "Tags" from "Kategorie" to "Thema", like it was discussed a while ago to not confuse people and actually have a correct translation (Tag != Kategorie). Please let me know if you have any objections about this!

Scolasticus I translated most of it, a couple of strings are missing which I found difficult to translate.
You should be able to use the language pack with beta 16 already, missing strings should default to English.

I plan to release the update very soonish.

gogangi Sorry for the late reply, I missed your post. To ensure I see it make sure to @ me in your post (from now on you can just press reply)!

Can you remove it with composer remove kakifrucht/flarum-de and composer remove kakifrucht/flarum-de-extended, clear the cache and see if that fixes it? Did the forum work before updating? From which version did you update?

I have just tagged v1.0.0 of the language pack with full support for Flarum 1.0.0.
As always please send feedback if something is not quite right, hard to understand or overlapping in the UI in some way.
This update also changes the translation of "Kategorie" to "Thema".

I haven't updated the pluralizations for the extended pack yet, will be doing that asap and tag a new release over there too.

I'm also aware of the discussions around using Weblate, I'll be weighing into that discussion in the future.

Guten Morgen!

Bin neu bei Flarum, habe gesucht, aber keine Lösung für folgenden Fehler gefunden:

Language Pack erfolgreich installiert und aktiviert
Seite neu geladen
core.views.content.load_error_message core.views.index.all_discussions_heading

Sonst läuft das frisch installierte Flarum munter, und andere Extensions lassen sich ohne Probleme laden.

Weiß jemand Rat?

I get the same error while upgrading from 0.1.0-beta.16 to 1.0.

Additionally i can not install flarum-de-extended in Version 1.0.

    - kakifrucht/flarum-de-extended 0.3.0 requires flarum/core ^0.1.0-beta.15 -> found flarum/core[v0.1.0-beta.15, v0.1.0-beta.16] but it does not match your minimum-stability.

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.

Installation failed, reverting ./composer.json and ./composer.lock to their original content.

MichaelHafner wolfman I have updated flarum-de to v1.0.1 to fix a YAML issue in core.yml which should hopefully fix this problem.

As for flarum-de-extended, I have updated the pluralization format and also tagged a new release v1.0.0, please update both extensions.

In an effort to streamline the Flarum translations we have changed namespaces one last time and are now under the Flarum official flarum-lang organisation. In that process I have also merged the core translation pack with the third-party translations, so you will only have to enable it once in your admin control panel.

To update, please enter following commands in the root of your Flarum install if you had a previous versions installed (otherwise just follow the instructions in the first post):

composer remove kakifrucht/flarum-de
composer remove kakifrucht/flarum-de-extended
composer require flarum-lang/german
php flarum cache:clear

This update also adds a translation for the user badges extension (thanks @Juba007).

Is there a possibility to format numbers depending on the selected locale/translation? Like with PHP's NumberFormatter::format.
US Numbers in DE
The numbers in the german translation should really read 17.735 and not 17,735 - or even have a space if you think of the french translation.

US: 17,735
DE: 17.735
FR: 17 735

But i guess that is something that has to be supported on the backend.

Juba007 The imgur-upload.yml in https://github.com/flarum-lang/german/tree/1.1.4/locale is missing the vendor prefix (matteocontrini-imgur-upload.yml) and wont be detected. I wanted to report this issue but noticed it was already fixed in master.
