Unclickable Post Functions (Like, Reply & Menu)

"Like, Reply, & Menu" are not functional/clickable (No color indicator) - when you move your mouse over those functions.

Functional - when you move your mouse a little bit over or below those functions (which is very abnormal).

Everything seems to work fine except for this post.

Digital this is a know issue and is caused by the liked bar, if you are "lucky" and more people like the post the like bar is placed in two lines and flows over the action bar. ?
