Adsense extension compatible with latest flarum stable version?

I've been using Flagrow Ads, but I see that is not compatible with latest flarum version..

There is this fork someone made, but it doesn't have its own discussion on the forum https://github.com/andre-pullinen/ads

However I'm not sure they are actively maintaining it. It works on beta 15, but there's a lot of work required to bring it up to beta 16.

Yes, I was using this one with older flarum versions.. What about adding the adsense code directly into flarum's code, in different parts?

AleM i think is not good to modify the core, and after an upgrade you will probably loose all of this code. i'm trying to make an extension to put a simple adsense code, but i'm really bad, too difficult with no help 🙂

Justoverclock Yes, I think the same, I was just trying to find a temporary solution for it.. let me know if you have any luck with that, unfortunatelly don't think I can help with that..

If you have the knowledge to modify Flarum core's Mithril components to add your ads, then you should have the knowledge to fix the Ads extension 😇

Flarum is a single page Mithril application, the only way to inject content is using the Mithril API and Flarum's extend methods. Right now it doesn't seem like any developer is actively maintain an extension like the former Flagrow Ads.

node1 A stable release of what? If you're talking about flarum, we're currently aiming for our next release to be stable. If you mean ads, that depends when someone will pick up maintenance, right now there isn't a maintained solution.

askvortsov Sorry for not being clear. I meant Flarum. I set up Flarum a couple weeks ago and none of the extensions I tried installed correctly. I am trying to decide whether to roll back to an earlier version of Flarum that supports the extensions or wait for the stable release. This is a planning questions. Thanks!
